Banoful is a prominent brand among the popular cooling corners and bakeries in the entire Chittagong division. They have numerous branches in important areas of both urban and rural parts of the city. It is an ideal place to buy sweets, especially for Tipu Anushta or while visiting someone as a guest in their home.

The branch I will talk about is located in Rawjar Hat Bazar, Rangunia Upazila. You will find their branches at every market and important point. Almost all the branches are located near the highway, which makes it easy to buy your required bakery products. Moreover, they have branches in the village areas as well.

Since Banoful is a well-known bakery and cooling corner brand, they prioritize the quality of their food over luxurious interiors. Customers typically visit for only a few minutes to select their preferred sweets or bakery items, pay and leave, so the interior doesn't matter as much.

Most of their branches look quite similar. They display their food items neatly in a moderately sized room. The majority of the space is dedicated to bakery items and these are well-lit to make them look appealing. While the overall interior might not be luxuries but it's looks good.

When people need sweets on special occasions, they often have to order in advance due to the huge crowd. Bonful has a variety of sweets, the most popular of which are Sanar Sandesh, Balusa, Kashmiri Laddu, Chamchom and Borfi. When I went, it was evening and most of the sweets were almost gone. To control the temperature of the entire room, there are three air conditioners on the walls. The fully air-conditioned environment ensures that you will not feel uncomfortable for a moment. No matter how hot it is outside, you can comfortably enter the room and enjoy your favorite sweets or bakery items.

In all the Banoful branches I've visited, I've always found the staff to be cordial and gentle. Their employees are very polite and well-mannered. If you're confused about which sweet to buy, they politely explain the taste of all the sweets to customers and help them make a decision.
