Masjid Syura

What a beautiful mosque! Every corner of Masjid Syura Kandang is beautifully designed, from its grand exterior to the golden interior that shines under natural light. This is not a city mosque, it located in a village.
The mosque stands gracefully about 100 meters from the Medan–Banda Aceh road, making it easy to find yet perfectly calm once you step inside. The outdoor view is majestic, with its tall minarets and elegant domes reflecting classic Islamic architecture.

From the gate, Masjid Syura Kandang looks truly awesome. The name “Masjid Syura” shines proudly in stainless steel letters, standing above the main arch gate , elegant and eye-catching under the sunlight. Behind it, the tall towers and blue domes rise beautifully against the clear sky. The white concrete gate with soft Islamic arches gives a calm and welcoming atmosphere. On sunny days, the reflection from the stainless letters and domes makes the whole view look stunning.

Front Terrace

At the front corner, a new building has been added. It’s usually used during big prayers like Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha when the main hall is full. It also serves as a gathering place for Hajj and Umrah training activities, giving the community a comfortable open area to prepare for their spiritual journey.
