You cannot earn curation rewards (CR) if your SP (Steem Power) is at such a low level. PLEASE! Don't care for the rewards yet! It will frustrate you!

Power up all your rewards and your SP will grow. Soon you can give a little bit, soon you might get CR.
Yeah, I only got 0.001 occasionally. It's just too low. Right now, I'm powering up with everything I earned
