#club100 || Country Representative Report, Ghana || 4th January, 2023 - 11th January, 2023

Congratulations to us all for the gift of life. Glad to be here with you again purposely to share with you the country representative report for Ghana. I know that this report will find a place in your books. Before I proceed to the very reason for this, let us try as much as possible to power up to stay relevant on the blockchain and also to support the steem economy. Please find time to read through. As a country rep, I set examples for my members to fellow. From the first day I joined steemit, I have not done any cash out before. This is because, I believe in how essential investing in steemit is. I encourage you all to keep power ups to support activities on the blockchain and also maintain the passion.

Outstanding Steemian Initiative

Outstanding Steemian Initiative


This initiative has existed with us for a while now. Due to funds unavailability, this initiative hasn't met its initiative as in to provide the needed rewards to individuals who merit them. However, this initiative has been strengthened with the few people joining us. Outstanding Steemian Initiative seeks to reward steemians who stay engaging on the blockchain, who power up often, comment often and make activities a priority.

Welfare Checks


As a country representative for Ghana, I make sure that I verify almost all the posts that come in the community. Diarygame check has been added to the checks in order to avoid accounts that post and leave in the community and also that farms in the community. Indeed members are complying and are working to expectation. This has made the community pleasing for curators.

With the added steem by the Steemit Team, I make sure that I use it judiciously by voting for posts in the Amazing Ghana community and also posts the use the Ghana tag. Aside voting on members, I make sure that I encourage them to power up most frequently and keep sharing. Again, I encourage the members using the Ghanaian tag to write and post in the Amazing Ghana community. This I think will strengthen the growing Ghanaian community. This commenting also urge members to also Comment under posts.

Plagiarism


Plagiarism is one area of concentration that every discourse community pays attention to. Steemit frowns against plagiarised content and as a country rep, I make sure that I check on all the posts in the community so as to get rid of contents that embrace thievery. This has rely helped and members have complied.

Amazing Ghana Curation


The amazing Ghana account is the accumulated steem power delegation of some members in the community. From time to time, it is used to vote and encourage members to as well vote and comment. It is also used to encourage members to vote in the Ghanaian community.

Verily, it is with power ups that we are here today. If one wants to be on the platform and grow then power up must be a food to that individual. Personally, I am a club100 ambassador and I make sure to encourage members to keep on with power ups. It is therefore germane to note that, all the activities members in the Amazing Ghana community are on the club100 initiative. This I must say is such a positive sign for progress. As said earlier, I make sure that I encourage members through comments to keep on with power up.

Future Events


Optimism, always curious and confident about good wills in the future. We will continuously verify posts in the community so as to make the community safe for visiting. This will do away with plagiarism, farming accounts and so as to treat members equally. We will also urge members to post in the community. These posts will receive their votes and also engagement will take place in the community. Members who post in the Ghana tag will be urged to post in the Amazing Ghana community. Indeed the future has a lot of beautiful roses.
