RE: Team Europe – Still Digging, Still Hoping (Report #1)
I haven't been on the platform for a long time and sometimes not every day. So I'm still learning and for me the tip to write less about the empty days that happen in our lives, days not filled with something unusual, like "finding mom's house" turned out to be invaluable.😅
Thank you very much for the communication!😍
I've been very critical of diary games in the past. Even a fairly "mundane" day can be interesting though, if the author avoids including unnecessary, uninteresting details. (Apologies if you've done any of the following!) Details like the time somebody woke up - who cares unless it specifically relates to something special - like a special sunrise, bird song or something that wouldn't happen at a different wake up time. The mention of teeth brushing has always amused me - like it's as a momentous achievement like the weekly bath 😆 ... Despite this, I've been told that for some authors, it's a way of learning to write and improving their writing skills, which in my opinion, isn't worthwhile if all of your readers have already given up on you.
But I also acknowledge that many people are increasing their chances of increasing their rewards by increasing their output (often with the auto-votes).
It's too easy to criticise! The key's always been write what you enjoy writing about!
