There appear to be 30+ posts each day on the #newcomer tag...
So that is about 220 posts per week.
That would appear to exceed the curation capacity of one team.
Do you think we should have two teams dedicated to supporting newcomers to ensure no one is missed?
To be honest finding enough posts worth voting with 'newcomers' tag is not easy so if you think in terms two teams that will make the task even more difficult. We are upvoting 20 posts and a couple of comments everyday and most users are getting repetedly so I don't suggest two teams however the decision is yours. But if you ask me, my answer is no. Thanks for asking.

Pienso igual que varios de mis compañeros.
Es cierto que hay muchas publicaciones, pero no todas, en mi opinión, reúnen los atributos mínimos para recibir una recompensa.
A veces encontramos contenido muy escaso, con poca información, fotos borrosas o repetidas (las mismas flores silvestres), sin comentarios ni interacción con otros usuarios. Muchas publicaciones aparecen casi al instante de haber sido referidas, lo que indica que aún están aprendiendo.
Tal vez, sería útil evaluar con más detenimiento a los usuarios que ya tienen más tiempo en la plataforma. Así podríamos identificar a quienes están haciendo un buen trabajo, pero no reciben apoyo alguno. También evitaríamos votar siempre por los mismos usuarios, y motivaríamos una interacción más genuina entre todos, que es, al final, el verdadero corazón de Steemit.

No, I think there is no need for another team because sometimes one user posts 3 to 4 posts a day, and we can't support a user twice in a day. That's why a few posts are missed and some posts are not able to be curated. On the other hand, a few users are not posting regularly, so we can't support them. But the final decision is yours.

Some of the newcomers are not active and the ones who are active gets support almost every other day for the ones with worthy posts as we have to search extra hard to get enough good posts to curate daily. Adding another team would only make it more difficult but like my team mates said. Your decision is final.

In my opinion, I don't think it's necessary to add another account; we've had to support the same users up to four or five times a week.
On the other hand, some users don't show any activity that's eligible for support; we should avoid promoting farming accounts.
In any case, we're available to assist you with any decision you may have.
