RE: Team Europe’s Deep Dive (Report #3)
more thought provoking comments have been in reply to a conversation started by us.
I'm beginning to believe that you have a WiFi that's connected to my brain. It's like you read the exact thought I had a few weeks ago when I first read your post.
I wondered why it was easier to discuss at length with you. It's almost like I have a response to every word or sentence in each of your post.
It got me wondering what I might be doing that makes engagements come in in trickles. When I made that post about what I would have done differently if I started over on Steemit, I thought of how to make my posts more engaging.
Maybe its the conversational nature of your posts. It's like we are having coffee together and you are speaking directly to me.
I'd have to adopt this. That would mean unlearning the academic way of writing. Sometimes it's like I'm writing to my professors.
But sincerely, I really wish to identify how you and other writers make conversations flow seamlessly. Everything starts from provoking thoughts in the mind of readers. Hopefully, we'd get there soon.
Thank you very much. Your thoughts sound very deep and reflective, and of course they flatter us a little... 😊
If you want interaction with your readers, thought-provoking texts are of course the very first prerequisite.
But what's even more important are the readers themselves. Unfortunately, these have become rare on the Steem. Everyone thinks they are a content producer, regardless of whether they can write or not. Everyone believes that you can only become something here by producing content. That's not true at all. No matter how good you are, you have no chance at all if you haven't built up a network. Hoping that with constant production, a sc will appear at some point - preferably the two really big ones - must be cruel. Well, if you're constantly busy producing ‘crap’, of course you don't have time to read. Which brings us back to the beginning of the vicious circle...
I'm too tired to keep rattling this prayer wheel over and over again and maybe reach one single user out of 100 frustrated ones. Too tired.
I must appreciate your patience. The way you explain this particular thing to the newbies... I can only imagine doing it over and over again!
Thank you.
The patience is gone. And since this is part of what has made me here, I'm going to leave too.
This makes me sad.
I don’t know what you actually mean by this comment, but I do hope I’m wrong in what I have understood.
:((((
At least for a while, you won’t have misunderstood it, no.
You know a few people who have my personal contact details.
But don’t bother me with Steemit affairs if it ever comes to that... 😂
