Yes, they are. They all have to stand, look, tilt their head in the same way. Photographers and designers have a certain idea in their head what a model should look like. Smiling, being nstural is not allowed in that world.
I work in marketing and an attitude like that DOESN'T sell anything, I would fire her immediately.
