    What are some recipes for potatoes with beans? Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of it!)

    Some of the recipes for potatoes with beans are; red oil (palm oil), pepper, beans, garlic etc. The reason might be because Africa dishes are different from that of Russia and other part of the world.

    Yam and cassava are completely new words for me, I'll have to look them up on the internet;)

    Yam and cassava are very common in Nigeria. Cassava is used to produce garri or fufu, whereas yam can be boiled, fried, roast, pound as pounded yam etc. It will be good if you can make some research about these aforementioned foods.
