You know friend? This is the burden those who always help others have to carry as well. If you always give a hand and listen to complaints you also attract very selfish people!

The solution?
Act like they do! As soon as they start telling say: I understand but what do you think about me having issues with.....

Or say like my daughter: Yes you already told that a billion times, don't you have something else to talk about? (next she leaves).

Or: What did you do to solve this problem? What did you do?

You are so right pamper yourself, tell them to leave you alone if they refuse to hear you for a change (put a sign on the door: stay out! Brains at work.
