My heartfelt condolences to you and the family. It's hard to say goodbye especially if it's to someone close to us, but how fortunate you were to know her and to receive her love and advice.
it sounds to me she was very strong since the cancer already spread and the help she received was at a late stage.

I believe that "gone to rest" is what she deserved. It's not about the length of years we live, but the quality, what we did and how we were able to move others.
