I don't think drig is really bad if we want to view in government mentality. Maybe anyone with uniforms are free to smoke but the civilians are no allowed. What are we deceiving?
Of course you can smoke, buy, smoke, buy, chew, they don't care. The more you pay, the higher the taxes the better for the gov. They suffer from inflation as well.
By the way, with us smokers you mainly find among low educated, not too smart people in what we call anti social behaviour areas.
