It would truly be wonderful if every relationship were free of toxicity. Although sometimes we are poisoned so we know what it feels like and strive not to be poisoned again. I know you are very trustworthy. In fact, from some of my posts, I sometimes see someone who might use you to raise their own flag or the community's prestige, so that in time you will leave.

I am afraid there won't be a world where people like another. It's not realistic. There's way too much envy, but also those different from us are instinctively seen as scary. At least that's how it is among animals, and people are animals too, whether they like it or not.
Even if we are poisoned (are there people who are not due to former relationships, education, the news or tunnel vision) it's still possible to have healthy relationships (if able to listen and if with the right person and if we take into consideration we all have a past).
Like you, I try not to drown in a pool of poison, stay away from those who love to suffocate and poison others, frequently those who did nothing wrong, since these are the easiest victims. It's better to surround ourselves with positive energy. It brings nothing to bully or see people suffer.
I stand for what I say, if people like it or not. That makes me trustworthy, although if for sure does not always make me liked (the truth is not what most like to hear, but if you can't deal with the answer, don't ask). Straight, honest people, trustworthy ones, are also those who
I know I am used and abused, and indeed it happens since many years. I know plenty who are high today, even witnesses and who hid behind me not too long ago, afraid to be downvoted and kicked out. The result? They no longer like to know me. It seems that brain rot kicked in by them as well.
Should I care? Perhaps, but it's not worth my time and energy right now and I am not the one scared to fall because I didn't reach it with my own strength. It's good to have friends, but it will be hard if you have to be grateful for your position and are someone's slave.
I know there are plenty wishing me to leave, but if I leave (unless I am dead), it's on my own terms. I also decide who I leave my accounts to.
It took me 7 years where others are within 1 year. Does this say something about me or about those people, the way the platform works? I believe it's the last. Should I do it the same way? It's not me, and I like to believe it's not you.
Should we aim for the dollars or the stars? What counts is me, you, us, our journey, not what others believe would be good (most likely for them).
After all those years, the fight for commenting, upvoting another on Twitter and I don't know where the only thing I can say is that farming increased and if the system is abused, broken, if the users can't see what the results will be, that the pool of rewards has a limit, whose problem is that?
Let's #comment, stay and make friends so the time we spend is not wasted. There's always a way, a solution to get rid of the poison and if not we can be immune.

Developing yourself as a positive soul is a noble thing. I see what you're doing as a step that shows you're no longer dazzled by the world's glitz, let alone simply wandering in the ocean of Steem. I've always seen you strive to give your best, starting with Steemit before the hard fork and working on Hive, and now, being active again on Steemit. Every post you make represents your personality. You always want to help others—that's a point not everyone can share.
Unfortunately, many people are sometimes shameless, exploiting situations and seeking short-term gain.
However, when you said you wouldn't stop giving up on your kindness, that's a noble trait of yours.
The struggles you've been waging have tempered you so you won't easily sink or be overwhelmed. I remember back during the "downvote war" season, there was a sense of fear when I was downvoted just for commenting on an account involved. Eventually, every post I made would get downvoted. It was a tough time.
But time passed, and I met and learned that there are still many good people around us. Then I got to know you and became even more convinced that there are still many people with noble souls.
When I read your post, I felt inspired and inspired to write.
Then I was reminded that writing is inseparable from reading. Many people can't read. There are also people who can read but don't like it, and there are also those who like reading but can't write. And those who can write can certainly read and enjoy reading. Because reading is the key to knowledge.
