Tienes mucha razón, es por ello que se reafirma "todo en exceso hace daño" es necesario tomarnos un tiempo para beneficiarnos de los rayos del sol, pero excedernos, puede hacernos daño.

I support what you say, whenever we expose ourselves to something excessively we must pay the consequences.
The same happens when we limit ourselves in the use of something that should be used in a normal and proper way.
Apoyo lo que dices, siempre que nos exponemos a algo en forma excesiva debemos pagar las consecuencias.
Lo mismo ocurre cuando nos limitamos en el uso de algo que debe ser usado en forma normal y adecuada.
