RE: Let's talk about “A pet”
Most adoptive children are unhapoy and mad if they hear they are adopted. I've been a foster mother for decades but no way I would adopt a child. Besides of the fact it's extremely exoemsive, you are on a waiting list for many years, you can not even see the child and have to accept what they give you which is always a foreign child and in many cases extremely handicaped or stolen.
In my country you have to be lucky to adopt. In many cases you can adopt the child you want, but the economic power of the adopter always plays a role. That person will be the one who will be able to get the baby he or she wants.
I have a friend who adopted a baby, now he is an adult. He knows he is adopted and treats his adoptive mother well, but he knows she is not his birth mother and he will never know who she is. Because the adoptive mother did not know who gave him up.
He is a good boy but he has not completed in his life that uncertainty of not knowing why he was given to my friend.
I agree with you, I would NOT adopt a child, in fact taking care of a child is one of the most stressful jobs, if he is asleep I hope he doesn't drown, if he is playing I hope he doesn't fall, if he is quiet what is he doing hahaha, it is definitely a complicated job
Sounds not different from a pet 🤣, but fewer stress. No dog will say after yiu raised it and let it study it rather lives under a bridge with his family that refuses contact.
Good morming, I happy day!
A pet is calmer hahaha, I've seen very old women taking care of children, the ladies look very exhausted and for obvious reasons, as I said it's a stressful job.
If you are very old, you just watch what the children do and smile and spoil them and count till they are picked up and are happy they are not yours. LOL
