RE: Are We Friends or Not?

in CCC20 hours ago

To me a friend is someone who knows without words and present in time of need. I have strong doubts about those true friendships. Friendships has never been so easy since we all have phone, next the option of texting, e-mail and now even chat and video call. What I notice is that the easier it is to stay in touch the fewer people connect.

The more gags we have to save time the more we lie we are busy, but still spemding hours behind the TV or computer staring at a screen.

We take the meaning of friendship very lightly. For us Venezuelans, everyone is our friend, until for some reason, they are no longer.
A friend is an invaluable treasure, I cannot complain, because life positioned me very well in relation to friendship.
He had many companions in life but friends were few, and along the way they stayed behind.
Currently I have two friends, that's all I have left. Unconditional, invaluable, they are my favorite people, apart from my son. Of course.
What we call friends today, thanks to technology, are friendly acquaintances.
