Why they never last long? 2 Months warranty left. Mom wrote the seller. How to take a picture of an empty battery/technical problem?

It's for sure a stress factor. The worst is if they say it was cheap because they compare it with the most expensive one. It sounds positive, so 13 is the lucky number.
