saw it the other day under the same pretenses as you did... because Netflix almost insisted that I watch it. I was rather unimpressed with the movie as well but I did kind of enjoy how Kevin Hart and the Rock were emulating Danny Devito and Danny Glover's way of talking into their characters. That probably took some practice and got some laughs out of Devito and Glover too.
