Many families hope that the daughter -in -law only pays attention to the house and family, and it is not necessary to work outside. In such a situation, the girl's hard work and studies go waste. This not only prevents her career, but also hurts her self -reliance and confidence.

If a girl works in the office for a long time or travels because of her work, then people taunt. His hard work is complicated in questions rather than appreciating.

Gradually the thinking of society is changing. Today many families encourage daughter-in-law to do jobs and understand that doing jobs is not just to earn money, but to become self-sufficient.

It is important that we do not just see girls from the point of view of daughter, wife or daughter -in -law, but accept them with their dreams and rights like a human being. Every girl should get the right to convert her education and hard work into a career. The real change in India will come only when marriage, in -laws and society together will consider the jobs of girls, not a burden, but a matter of pride. When the family supports them, only girls will be able to realize their dreams and will be able to contribute equally to the country's growth.
