What you must do is to keep your voting power between 80 and 100%.
With this you must vote on 20 posts if you vote at 100% and on 25 posts if you vote at 50% every single day. By voting on the posts of fellow Steemians they will also get to know you and soon they will give you votes back. Never let your CSI go under 5% as it is a criteria by many curators. Also never self vote your own posts.
If you start voting today it will take a day or two show.

Ok Thank you so much now I am clear, but i had understanding that voting with less power is useless but thank you so much for explaining it to me. I will start voting on other posts from today.
