News Update # 1 - HOW DO CRICKET CURE CANCER

The image above is my Nephew eating a creature called cricket basically a large species of field cricket. which many people all over the world may see them just as an insect but "NO"
They are actually a powerful nutrition source and has been eating for many centuries by many religions and cultures most especially across Africa, Asia and South American countries.
Give me a separate room let me explain in details of this insect and it long term benefits to mankind when been consumed.

WHAT IS THIS CREATURE ALL ABOUT
Hey friend, Cricket belong to the parental Orthoptera and a close relationship with grasshoppers. they are known by their chirping noise produce by their Robbing wings together mostly heard at night in most ruler community more especially in African Asia and Latin American crickets are taking as seasonal delicacy and source of low cost protein.
CRICKET KNOWS ME AND I KNOW HIM
"Yes you heard me right", my first encounter with this creature was 2013, on one Christmas holiday after the close of school term I and my family we all traveled to my dad's hometown called Nkanu in Enugu doing the holidays I and my siblings played all kinds of play and hunting of cricket was one of them, which was taught by my grandmother we haunted and ate this creature which was prepared in So many ways frying and roasting, without knowing it health impact.
So many years ago, if someone had told me that cricket could be one of the healthiest food for mankind, I would have probably laughed. Unlike most people I think of them as a noisy little insects chirping at night but now my thoughts is different even experience them myself to see the whole new light of crickets.

WHY THERE ARE SUPER NUTRIENTS
1. They contain protein 60 to 70% that is even more than beef and chicken put together and all the 9 essential amino acids which make them a complete protein source.
