"My Relationship With Sleep".
Today I am going to participate in a "My Relationship With Sleep" competition among you. First of all I want to thank @abdullahw2 sir for organizing such a beautiful and interesting competition.
How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough? |
---|
First of all, I would like to say that not everyone's body is always the same, not everyone is healthy. The body of someone who is more tired is a little weaker. According to the rules, sleep is not the same for everyone.
For any normal and healthy strong person, 6 to 7 hours of sleep is necessary. However, in my own case, I sleep a total of five hours. And if I sleep for these five hours, I can stay healthy and strong. I think these five hours of sleep are enough for me.
Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens)?. |
---|
Yes, of course I have set a specific time for sleep. That is the time I go to bed every night. Talking about routine, I basically wake up in the morning and go to bed. And I look at my study routine and how much time I will exercise today.
That list is given. I exercise in the morning according to this. However, meditation and screen time are not the only things I do. I follow these for exercise and eating and sleeping.
What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.) |
---|
I can't stand the noise of the traffic outside while I sleep. And I can't stand the sound of the loudspeakers at all. That's why my sleep is disturbed a lot. And when I'm stressed, I'm a little more stressed about that thing. And I have to remember the stress again and again and have to suffer a lot because of it.
That's why my sleep is disturbed at night due to mental stress. If there is no stress and there is no extra noise outside, then my sleep is much better. I don't have any kind of sleep disturbance due to eating and drinking. But I eat and drink on time. That's why my sleep is much better if there is no stress.
Tell us about the negative impacts of not taking enough sleep and positive impacts of taking enough sleep on our health. |
---|
Negative effects of not getting enough sleep: Adequate sleep can be a bit more harmful to the body, such as. Stress increases in mental development, you don't want to remember anything. Memory starts to disappear due to excessive sleep .
And the mood becomes irritable. Focusing on anything quickly leads to anger for any reason. Now I am talking about the positive effects of adequate sleep. As a result of adequate and proper sleep, you can stay mentally and physically healthy. The brain is always clear and you can think well.
You get the ability to do any work quickly, your thoughts remain steady. And your mental and physical stress decreases, this is a positive effect.
