What do you understand by heat stroke?

Heat stroke is a serious medical disease, it can mostly happen in very hot days, if said in simple language, heat stroke is called Loo Laghna. Due to heat stroke, the body temperature is not under control and starts getting extremely hot, due to which the body temperature of the person increases and due to excessive heat and sweating caused by it, the person gets heat stroke i.e. Loo disease by becoming humid and hot.

This disease mostly occurs in those days of summer when a person stays out in the sun for a long time and then suddenly he comes to a cold and humid place, then he gets caught in this disease because excessive sweating and being in a humid place has a great effect on the body temperature of the person, due to which he falls ill.

Tell us what first aid should be given to the patient.

The patient of heat stroke should first be shown to a doctor. If possible, he should be bathed with cold water or his body should be cleaned with cold water. This reaction can prove to be very helpful for the patient. The patient should be given cold water to drink and it is also very important to protect him from the sun and if possible, the patient should stay in the shade. The patient should wear light clothes so that cool air can circulate in the body.

The patient must consume liquids from time to time because due to heat stroke, there is a lack of water in the patient's body due to which he starts feeling unconscious and starts vomiting. The patient can also be kept stable by giving him a little water from time to time. Staying in a cool place and consuming extremely cold and liquids is the best treatment for a heat stroke patient.
