Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @suboohi all time my favourite topic "Mental Peace" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

What do you understand by mental peace

To attain mental peace, a person has to control his desires first, only then can he attain mental peace. Because the mind and our desires are very fickle, their speed is very fast and it is very difficult to control them, but not impossible and if there is control over desires and one's mind, then mental peace can be attained.

To attain mental peace, a person wants to go to a peaceful place, a cold hilly area, wants to go close to natural beauty. But even after going there, a person gets peace for a few moments only. But mental peace is not attained even then, because in this fast paced life, the upheaval of thoughts that run through our mind, due to them the mind of the person is not stable. One worry after another keeps on going on, when one wish is fulfilled, the other wish immediately becomes stronger.

describe the effects of achieving mental peace on a body

It is said," that when the mind is healthy, then the body also remains healthy." Because it is due to mental stress that we get many types of diseases. When mental peace is achieved, it has many positive effects on our body, they are as follows


Good sleep

When there is mental peace, the quality of sleep of the person also improves and 8 hours of sleep is very important for a healthy person. It is said that good sleep gives relief from many types of diseases.

Stress is reduced

When mental satisfaction is achieved, then the mind becomes stable and stress reduces, which does not have a negative effect on the body.


Improvement in skin

When there is mental peace, then the person smiles, is happy, then that peace is clearly visible on his face. Due to which the glow of his body and face increases and there are no dark circles under the eyes.

Some ways to get mental strength are as follows, which we can adopt in our daily routine and get mental peace to some extent:

  • Music helps a lot in getting mental peace. Listening to love songs makes the mind happy. And it also reduces stress.

  • Meditation and prayer are very effective methods, which help us a lot in getting mental peace. Because through this the person's mind directly connects with God and gets at his feet.

  • Natural beauty has a special contribution in getting mental peace. When a person gets tired of his hectic life, he likes to go to a peaceful place in the mountains amidst greenery to spend holidays, so that the mind can get relief for a few days.

  • We can also get mental peace through positive thinking. Because due to negative thinking sometimes a person gets surrounded by unnecessary worries.

  • There are many types of exercises to get mental peace, which help in getting mental peace.

  • We also get mental peace by talking to our loved ones, with whom we do not have to show off in any way. Whatever good or bad thing is, we can put it in front of them as it is.

One of our desires is not fulfilled, so we say to the other that this too should be fulfilled as soon as possible. In this way, the life we have cannot remain right at all. If we remain mentally healthy, there is no doubt that our health will also remain healthy. If we are not mentally healthy, our health can be affected by many diseases. We face many difficulties and problems. Therefore, the tips you have given are very good and wonderful. Of course, we should get our sleep properly and if we are healthy, our face will keep smiling and have a unique glow that is clearly visible to the beholder. And apart from that, as you have said, we can also listen to music etc. for our mental peace, because this also distracts our attention from worries a little. Apart from that, we can also go on an outing somewhere like mountainous areas and sitting in green areas and feeling the coolness also gives us a lot of satisfaction and peace.
