What do you know about back pain?
Back pain is among the most prevalent conditions that people may experience over their lifetime. Have you ever had back pain? Share your story.
Yes, I have had or still have back pain.On a motorcycle,Traveling for work always required considerable time navigating urban routes by motorcycle each day. Whether departing to distant work sites or winding through lengthy traffic snarls on the return trip home, lengthy holds amid highway gridlock were an everyday annoyance. More irksome still were rush hour quandaries along busy arterial roads where restless idling often ensued. While practical transport, the motorcycle did little to ease enduring the protracted commutes.
My back started to ache a little one day as I was riding my motorcycle home.In the beginning, I disregarded it because it was only a mild case of stress or fatigue. But after a week, the pain started to get worse, and I started to experience tremendous lower back agony that made it difficult for me to walk or sit. After that, I visited the doctor. After a physical examination, the doctor said that the cause of the back pain was abnormal pressure on the spine and lower back due to riding the motorcycle for a long time, which caused tension in the spine and muscles. In particular, the pain was brought on by a disruption in the proper alignment of my back, which occurred since I had been riding the motorcycle in an aberrant posture for a long time. I learned some relaxation and exercise techniques from the doctor that can assist strengthen my body's muscles and lessen my pain. He also suggested that I get some physiotherapy and take some medications.
I started physiotherapy as per the doctor's advice and started doing some exercises regularly. And I started being conscious of maintaining proper posture and back straight while riding a motorcycle. I started using a more comfortable padded seat for my back while riding a bike and started taking regular breaks.
