What do you understand by Fried Appetizers?

Fried appetizers are small snacks that we eat before main food. They are fried in oil and crispy from outside. For me they are like little food joy. They give taste, smell and happiness. I feel hungry fast when I see them. Sometimes they are spicy, sometimes light. They can be samosa, rolls, fries or pakoras. I understand them as food that make start of meal special. When guests come in home, fried appetizers are first thing I serve. It shows care and love. For me, fried appetizers are more than food, they are moment of sharing.

I have added an extra ingredient to the samosa dough. Which will make the look and taste of this dough even more delicious. So let me tell you what I added to it as I make it. I added white flour to a beautiful glass bowl. Often, many people face the problem that the samosas they make break while frying. The reason for this is that the dough is not prepared properly. Either the amount of water is increased or the amount of oil is increased. Then the dough is not prepared properly and the samosas break before they are even cooked. After adding the white flour. I added two tablespoons of cumin seeds.

Then I added two to three tablespoons of oil to it. Then I started mixing it well and after that the one different thing I added to it is green coriander which will add to its beauty even more. After that, I added a some water to it and started kneading it well. After kneading it, I made a very hard dough and then I put it aside. The dough should be kept for 15 to 20 minutes after making.

Untitled design_20250901_113723_0000.png

Procedure for making samosa shapes

It had been a long time since I had kept the dough. The dough was very well prepared. After which I made small round balls of it. Then I took a round piece of dough and rolled it out thinly, like bread on a rolling pin. Then I cut it into two pieces with the help of a knife.

IMG_20250912_171901_622.jpg

Untitled design_20250901_113723_0000.png

Then I shaped one part of it into a triangle and started filling it with filling.
And that's how I completed this step by filling all my samosas.

Untitled design_20250901_113723_0000.png

Procedure for frying samosas

To fry the samosas. I placed the pan on the stove. Turned on the flame. And poured ghee into it. I put enough ghee in the pan so that the samosa can be dipped well in it. To fry samosas. the ghee should be heated well. When the ghee was well heated. I started adding the samosas to it and fried them well. When their color turned light brown. I took them out.

Give some other examples of Fried Appetizers that you like ?
</center

I like many fried appetizers, because they always make me happy. Samosa is my first favourite, with spicy potato inside. I also like chicken rolls, they are crunchy and soft inside. Pakoras are special in rainy days, with tea its taste best. Sometimes I eat French fries, they are simple but never boring. In parties, spring rolls are common and I like them too. Nuggets are also very good, especially when I eat with ketchup. Every fried appetizer has different taste but all give joy. I can’t stop when I start eating them.

With whom do you want to share this delicious appetizer you made?
</center

If I make fried appetizer, I want to share it with my family first. Because these are always with me in happy and sad moments. Eating together make food more tasty. I also want to share with close friends, because food with friends is memory. On Steemit, I want to share with my friend @sadaf02 and @paholags , who always supports my posts with comments and gives motivation. Sharing food is like sharing love. For me, food is not only to eat, it is to create bond. When we share, we feel more happiness inside.

Hello @m-princess, it’s a pleasure reading your article. It is obvious that you put great effort in making this recipe which turned out looking delicious.

I also noticed that you’ve been calling the attention of the teacher to your entry for review. It’s not an easy task to move around the blog to check for entries, it is up to us to be extremely careful and make sure to use the appropriate hashtags for visibility. You joined the first four tags together;

IMG_3091.jpeg

It is sad that this particular class was already over before I got to see your post. Sorry about that and be careful next time. I suggest you should make corrections since the post is still active.

Best wishes!🤗

Greatings Dear ma'am @adylinah !
My tag was not noticed because it was not properly aligned, but you told me, thank you very much for that. I have corrected my mistake. You should also note that no teacher announces the results without reviewing all the entries. Of course, my tags were not correct, but I had to be raised by some adult, right? And besides, I had also given the link to my entry in their comment, so despite that, they did not give me any response, so this is not correct. Sometimes, even though we don't have money, we still participate in your contests with great difficulty out of our passion, and when you don't respond to us, it's a source of great sadness for us. And besides, I have been messaging him for so many days and have also given him a link to my post, so even then, he should have responded to me, right? I want you to do justice. I will be waiting for your response.
