First of all, I would like to commend you on the picture you took, which you captured so beautifully on your camera. Then the way you talked about walking that you do every day is really beneficial for health. If we go for a walk after waking up early in the morning and offering prayers, it is very beneficial for our health and at the same time we also enjoy the morning weather because in the morning, the quiet whispers of the wind and the chirping of birds create a very beautiful and peaceful environment. After a morning walk, we feel really refreshed and can do our whole day's work in a relaxed manner and we don't even feel tired. I really enjoyed reading your post. Best of luck.🤗
