You know, @zulay ma'am I am a very eater. I love food, but despite this, I take very good care of my diet. Because I once had a bad day eating outside food, so I never used fast food again. I mostly eat vegetables and fruits because they contain many vitamins and calcium, which are very good for our health. So I will advise everyone else to include these things in their daily diet.
