Eco Gym - Dhaka , Bangladesh

Today, in the first week of Steemit Challenge 25, I will participate in @mohammadfaisal Sir's Steemit Challenge Season 25 Week 01 - Sports Centers. I hope everyone will enjoy it.

Today, I will pin a gym on the Steam Atlas map and tell you everything about it. I am a citizen of Bangladesh, and this gym is located inside a park in the village of Shampur, near Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. The way to get to this gym from Dhaka city is easy.

Gym directions

Since the gym is inside the Eco Park of Shampur, many people come here to do gym. I also went there to get admission, there is 1000 taka (64.5 steem) for new admission and 500 (32.2 steem) taka per month. Just after entering the park, there is a signboard on the east side and there are directions to go to the gym.

You have to enter through the gate of the gym, after entering we saw a beautiful empty space outside. There is a room behind where the caretaker of the gym lives. There is a wall photo written ''Shampur Eco park Health Society Physical Education Center. There is a space opposite the room where many people park their cars, but there is no charge for parking.

Locker for personal belongings

The entrance fee to the park is 50 taka, but those who do gym work do not have to pay an entrance fee, but rather they have a card given by the gym to identify them, and when they show this card at the park gate, they are allowed to enter. Upon entering the gym, I first see a locker in the corner and everyone keeps their clothes and personal belongings there and exercises. A fixed monthly charge is required for the locker.

There is a beautiful washroom facility inside the gym and there is a table at the reception where there is a caretaker. He collects the monthly fees of all the gym users. This gym was built with the money of the respected and influential people of the area, but here this park has a community that invests in everything in the gym. They have been running it with the money from the gym.

There is a trainer in the gym through which everyone does the exercises correctly according to the rules and he always supports them. There is a system of foam in the gym and glass wherever you look at the table. We all need to exercise for our health. I often come here to exercise, but since I have not exercised for a long time, my name has been deleted from now on, I will exercise again with a new name.

There are many types of machines in the gym, and you can easily do leg, chest, thigh, and muscle exercises. There are enough machines for everything. This gym is open from 6 am to 10 am and from 5 pm to 10 pm. However, the weekend is Saturday. This gym is more crowded from morning to afternoon because everyone comes to the gym in the afternoon after work.

CCTV cameras for security

There is a big clock in the gym to see the time and there are CCTV cameras in every place so that there is security. There are a few windows on the side and nature can be seen through the windows. I do arm exercises with a dumbbell, there I do chest exercises with the advice of the trainer. My trainer is my friend and he is also showing me how to do the exercises.

There is a chart inside the gym for some instructions, it is given that the salary has to be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month, otherwise, I have to refrain from exercising. There is a machine in the gym to measure the weight. When I stand there, my weight comes out to be 70 kg 100 grams.

There is always cleanliness inside the gym, so the caretaker keeps it clean every day. This gym was inaugurated in 2012, and then this gym was established by the hands of our political party MP Sanjida Khanam. Exercise is necessary for health, so to stay healthy, we have to exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
