Do you like playing sports? If yes then, Which sport do you enjoy the most, and why?

Yes, I like sports, among them, one of my 2 favorite sports is cricket and the other is badminton. But I like playing cricket more. I have liked the game of cricket since I was a child. There is a different kind of joy in this game, every moment of the game is exciting, and the game can take turns until the last over or the last ball of the game, which keeps the audience interested.

However, the result of this game is win and loss, even if the game is a draw, the game ends with a super over, so I like this game more because I can determine the win and loss.

Besides, I like this game as another reason to keep my fitness good while playing cricket.

How has playing sports improved your physical and mental health?

Below is how sports have improved my physical and mental health.

Physical improvement.

  • Regular sports increase my strength and increase my efficiency.

  • By playing sports, I can maintain my body weight in balance.

  • Sports increase blood circulation and get rid of heart disease and major diseases.

  • Sports play a significant role in building and strengthening the bones and muscles of the body.

Improvement of mental health.

  • First of all, sports reduce mental stress.

  • Sports are a type of competition, so playing sports increases self-confidence.

  • Increases self-focus and improves my communication and leadership skills in team sports.

How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?

Staying away from sports can hurt a person's mental and physical health, below are some of the important effects

Physical effects:

  • Sports are a type of physical exercise. Lack of it reduces calorie consumption, which can lead to weight gain.

  • Low physical activity increases the risk of major diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease.

  • Lack of exercise or sports can reduce insulin resistance, increasing the chances of developing diabetes.

Psychological effects:

  • Sports increase the happy hormone in the brain, which can cause anxiety and depression if absent.

  • Since sports increase trust, being present in it can reduce confidence, which can affect personality.

  • Sports help reduce stress, which can increase mental stress if absent.

Do you believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine? Why or why not?

Yes, I believe that everyone should have some form of sports in their routine. The reasons for this are given below.

  • Regular sports keep the body fit and healthy, increase immunity and make the heart much stronger which protects us from heart attacks.

  • Sports reduce stress, eliminate depression and help keep the mind in good shape, which is essential for us to stay happy.

  • Team sports improve our communication skills, improve leadership qualities and increase the ability to understand each other, in which we can easily acquire skills.

  • Participation in competitions increases people's discipline and patience, which is useful in different areas of life, and it makes our life beautiful.

However, if someone feels reluctant to play sports or has any other physical limitations, then it is better to accept it. The important thing is that we need to keep some physical activities in our routine to stay healthy and active.
