DIY Healthy Zobo drink
Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog. I am glad to write here how I successfully made a healthy drink call zobo.
This is drink said to be healthy because of the things used in making it and benefits to our health.
Now I will be showing you how I successfully completed the making of this drink.
It's easy and interesting experience friends.
The first thing I did was buying the things that will be used for the drink.
Items needed were
Zobo leaf
Ginger
Glove
Garlic
Pineapple 🍍
After gathering the ingredients, I washed them, cut the pineapple into smaller pieces even the back one was also used.
After washing everything, I put them in the put add moderate amount of water and cover it to boil.
When I checked it and discover that it was done, I brought it down and allow it to cold.
When it was cold enough, I put it in plastic bottles and refrigerate them.
It is more enjoyable when it is served chilled.

Health benefits of zobo drink
Zobo drink is also known as hibiscus tea and it nutritional values makes this drink a very good to try.
It is rich in vitamin c which will help boast our immune system.
Zobo drink helps the digestive system and fight indigestion.
Zobo help to regulate blood pressure level in people who are hypertensive.
