Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is healthy and well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well. Today I am going to share a recipe that you all will like very much. The recipe that I am going to share is biryani with beef. I sometimes like to cook biryani and I sometimes make biryani for my family because it is a dish that everyone likes. I usually like biryani very much since childhood and the biggest reason is that my husband likes biryani with beef very much. And biryani has various benefits. Moreover, my children like it very much. And I cooked for my elder sister and younger sister when they came to our house. The cooking was very fun. That is why I sometimes want to make everyone happy by cooking like this. So I hope you all will like my cooking, I am inspired. Let's start with how I finished the cooking perfectly.

The ingredients that I need to make the recipe are mentioned below

First I soaked the polar rice in water for a while. Then I chopped the meat into small pieces for biryani. Then I washed the meat well.

Then I chopped the ginger and garlic. I washed the onion and green chili with clean water and then I chopped them into small pieces.

Then I put the pan on the stove for cooking. Then I stirred the onion and green chili there. Then I added the ginger paste and garlic paste.

Then I stirred the onion and green chili well and made it reddish in color and then I left the meat there. Then I added salt as much as I could.

Then I ground the meat well. And continued until it was cooked.

Then when the meat was cooked. I added a little yogurt. Then I removed it from the stove.

I put the pan on the stove again and added the required amount of oil. I fried the cinnamon and green chilies there. Then I left the polar rice.

Then I ground the polar rice well with oil and then added the required amount of water. Then I added a light amount of milk.

Then my polar rice When it was cooked. Now I put my ground meat on the polar rice. Then I mixed it with biryani masala and covered it. About 10 to 15 minutes at night. I started serving.
