We also know dragon fruit as pitaya.
It is basically the fruit of a cactus tree.
Its peel is reddish pink in color.
Inside is a red shell.
Inside the shell are small black grains.
It looks very attractive and different.

This fruit is very beneficial for our body. It also contains calcium, iron and fiber. This fruit increases the body's immunity. It helps control blood sugar levels.
It improves digestion. It is very popular with health-conscious people.

Dragon fruit trees grow well in desert-like areas. Hot and sunny environments are suitable for them. It requires less water, because it belongs to the cactus family. The trunk of the tree is long and green in color. Large white flowers bloom at night.

Dragon fruit has a sweet and mild taste.
It can be eaten directly or cut.
Many people also eat it by making juice or smoothies.It is used in ice cream, salads or desserts.Everyone from children to adults can easily eat it.Its taste gives a refreshing and cool feeling. I like to eat this fruit very much.

Many people are benefiting from cultivating dragon fruit.Its cultivation is also increasing day by day in Bangladesh.Because its price in the market is relatively high.Today my mother bought some of these dragon fruits from the market and brought them for us. I like to eat them.
