Today is the last puja of this year and the farewell day of Goddess Durga. On this day, she will take away everyone's hopes, expectations, sorrows, and hardships and leave us. Although I feel a little sad, I still have to say goodbye. On the occasion of Vijay Dashami, there will be a Peeth festival at our house today. Everyone's favorite pitha in our house is Paba pitha. My favorite coconut is mixed into this pitha. After mixing the coconut, it is rolled into balls according to size. Then, if you place it over the steam of hot water, the pitha will become.

On the occasion of Bijoy Dashami, I planned to go to Narayanganj with three of my friends in the morning. I have been living in Dhaka city for about 15 years, but have never been to Narayanganj. This is the first time I have gone to Bijoy Dashami for Durga Puja. It is very easy to go to Narayanganj from our house. We took the 5:30 pm train with three friends. There were so many people on the train at that time that we could not find a seat. However, one advantage is that we did not have to buy a train ticket to go from Pagla to Narayanganj. Not only us, but no one who gets off at this station takes tickets. But what I find most annoying is that there are no checkers on the train. If there were a ticket master on the train, everyone would have taken their tickets and boarded the train. However, after passing one station, we found seats for the three of us. Sitting very comfortably, the three of us went to Narayanganj station.

We first went to Kali Bazaar, and oh my God, when we got there, we saw many devotees dressing Goddess Durga in sindur to go to Kailash. Everyone is happily donning vermilion, but the most joyful thing in Bangladesh is when all the devotees of Narayanganj bid farewell to Goddess Durga through immersion. This is the first time I enjoyed the immersion of Vijaya Dashami with friends.

This is the first time I have gone to this temple, and it is so beautifully decorated, and the lighting is worth seeing. I passed by this temple the other day, but did not go inside. However, today there was less crowd of people. So, I enjoyed going to the temple even more. But today I feel the best because no family was with us, so I enjoyed the joy to my heart's content. But on this day, women are the only ones in the temple who wear the sindhu of Goddess Durga. We just enjoy it by looking at it from a distance and bowing to Goddess Durga.

Then we went to Loknath Ashram. We went on time, in all the temples we had visited before, Maa Durga was not taken down from the mandap. But here, before we went, she was taken down from the puja mandap and brought to the road. I was lucky that I was able to go and pay my respects to Maa Durga Devi, and I went to Devi and took a selfie. I went to two other temples nearby to pay my respects to the mother and witnessed the emotional outpouring of devotees as she bid farewell.

Our last puja mandap in Narayanganj is the Baldev Jiur Shiva Temple, located in Nitaiganj. The reason we go to Narayanganj for the immersion of Goddess Durga is that during all the pujas held in Narayanganj, the goddess of all the puja mandap is taken on a truck and taken around the entire city of Narayanganj. After the Ananda Puri, the goddess Durga was immersed. Since there would be a lot of immersion, we were not there during the immersion. The three friends chatted for a while over tea and then returned to our area.

I never imagined that one of the pujas that takes place in our area would be at the house of former national team cricketer Roni Talukdar. My life is meaningful because today, on the day of immersion on Vijaya Dashami, I met him. I don't meet him much because he is always busy. The best moment of the day today was spending some time with Roni Talukdar, and the three of us took a few pictures with him on our mobile phones and shared this joy with you. I have put these pictures in my personal album. Today, I concluded Durga Puja with the immersion of Vijaya Dashami. Hope everyone is well and enjoy this beautiful diary game of mine.
