Today, production is closed in our factory due to a power outage. Suddenly, today, the electricity office gave a notice that there is repair work, so there will be no power for 4 to 5 hours. The electricity office cannot turn off the electricity at any time because our company has an agreement with them. Even if there is no electricity anywhere, our office will have electricity. That's why our company gave us a notice two hours ago this morning. Due to a lack of electricity, repair work is going on in our rolling section. Today, the lifeblood of the entire mill is repairing one such work. This is basically called the roughing main stand. There are three rolls in this stand, each roll costs about 700,000 taka. The rolls wear out during the mill's operation, so they have to be dressed in a workshop and then fitted again to run. However, it won't take long; the repair work will be completed within two hours. The MS nut bolt was purchased from the market. The mill foreman called me and showed me the condition of the MS nut bolt. The SS has been nickel-plated on this bolt, it is a completely normal bolt. When fitting with this bolt, it does not work on the thread, it rotates freely. I was surprised to see it. This is not supposed to happen. I immediately informed the purchase department. They will take care of these things.

This picture is in front of our office, that is, in front of Gate No. 2 of our factory. Earlier, there was no hotel here. There was a workshop. The weather was not good since this morning, it rained a little, but not heavily. There is a lot of selling in this hotel. Especially at noon, there is no seat available in the hotel. After this hotel, I have never had breakfast in the hotel, let alone rice. Because I eat rice brought from home at noon. However, today our foreman made a lot of requests. To eat khichuri with him at noon. After much request, I ate. As you can see in this picture, the company's transport vehicles are parked from Gate No. 2 to Gate No. 1 of our factory. However, not all the vehicles are here. Only the vehicles that will be used for delivery today are parked here. There are 10 trucks parked in this row. All the cars will go to our warehouse in the evening. Some cars are parked here during the day.

At 4:30 pm, another repair work started. This is the TMT box. From where the rod cools down and comes out. There are about 50 water nozzles here. Each nozzle releases water when the mill is running. I have never seen the speed of water from a nozzle before. I saw it after opening it today. How come the red billet production doesn't have a reddish color within a few minutes so quickly, this water comes out cold. The water nozzles haven't been cleaned for a long time, so algae have fallen inside. So, all the holes are being cleaned. The respected foreman of our mill is working from there. I went there to see and took a picture. The white thing you see is the water flow. Water is coming out of all the nozzles. It is working while the water is coming out.
