Using corn flour and condensed milk instead of cream is a smart technique. Now I've learned that corn flour can be utilized in ice cream making. In our place, some ice cream makers use cassava flour, there may be a little difference in taste, but the outcome is still ice cream. It all depends on how you prepare it.
And look at your cover photo....your ice cream looks perfect!
