Fish and potato patal recipe.

Today I have brought you my cooking recipe. Today's recipe is fish soup with patal. I have taken four patal fish and patal potatoes. I cleaned and washed the fish very well. Then I peeled the patals very well and kept the skins aside And I also peeled the potatoes..

Then I marinated the fish with salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder for a while.

Then I will present to you the ingredients I need to cook.
🟥Salt.
🟥Chopped onion.
🟥One spoon of garlic paste.
🟥One spoon of onion paste.
🟥One spoon of cumin paste.
🟥2 spoons of chili powder.
🟥A spoon of turmeric powder.
🟥And soybean oil.

Step 1

Then I will fry the fish that I have previously rubbed with turmeric, salt and chili powder, So I will put the pan on a stove and when the pan is hot I will add oil.

Step 2

Then I will add the fish one by one and fry the fish very well until they turn red. Reduce the heat of the stove and when the fish are fried very well, I will take them out in a pellet.

Step 3

Then I will add the chopped onions to the fried oil. When the onions turn brown, I will add all the spices to the pan. And I will grind the spices very well.

Step 4

After a while, when the spices are ground, I will add the chopped potato slices to the pan.

Step 5

Then I will take the curries for a while and then I will add the amount of water to the broth.

Step 6

Then I will wait until the curry is cooked. When the curry broth is sizzling hot, I will put the fried fish on top of the broth.

Step 7

I will cook it like this for 6 to 7 minutes, When the curry is almost done, I will add a little fried cumin powder on top.

Step 8

Then I will take the curry off the stove and pour a cup of curry.This is the final look of my recipe.
