The Diary Game || April 29, 2025. || Starting from the passport office, niece's birthday joy: A memorable day.
Assalamualaikum Everyone. I am @imranhassan

On the 29th, I was on duty from 2 pm to 10 pm. But I took leave from the office that day because I had a date to give fingerprints at the passport office. So I woke up early in the morning, freshened up, and prepared to go to the Narsingdi passport office.

I woke up at 6:30 am, freshened up, put on my clothes, and left. It had rained at night, so the nature around me in the morning was wonderful—green trees and some flowering trees had rainwater still on their leaves. The atmosphere was very charming.
I walked slowly to the Sylhet Highway Main Road. From there, I boarded a bus and directly reached the Narsingdi passport office.

After reaching the Narsingdi passport office, I wanted to meet a sir. Because I had submitted a correction and an undertaking before, it was important for me to meet Sir. Before that, I had come to the passport office twice, but the work was not completed.
When I looked for Sir, an Ansar member told me that Sir had not yet come to the office—he asked me to wait. Then I started waiting.

Sir came to the office around 10 am. I met him. He signed the documents for the correction of the mistakes I had submitted and scanned them on the computer and fixed the mistakes. Then he told me to pick up the NID-verified paper from the computer shop.
I quickly picked up the paper. Finally, after three long months of effort, my fingerprint process was completed. After completing all the work, I left for home.
On the way back, I had to walk in the scorching sun, and I was also fasting that day—so even though it was a bit difficult physically, I felt peace in my mind because I had achieved a successful outcome of my long wait.

I took a nap in the afternoon because I had fasted that day, and my body was a little tired. It was my sister's daughter's—my niece's—birthday. So in the afternoon, I organised some light decorations at home to celebrate her birthday.
Both my daughter and niece enjoyed the small birthday party. Seeing their smiling faces filled my heart.
At around 6:30 in the evening, the Maghrib call was given, and I broke my fast and had Iftar.

Then, a roommate of our house, who is like our family, bought a cat from Dhaka for 12,000 taka. The cat was very cute and a wonderful breed. He easily got along with everyone and played. During our event, that cat also spent a lot of time with us, as if he were a member of the family.
Then, preparations began for cutting the cake. Special arrangements were also made for food. We all ate together, then cut the cake, and enjoyed sharing those joyful moments with each other.
