Welcome to my new post. I am back with a new post again.I hope everyone will like my new post.Today I will prepare a winter vegetable curry in advance. I will share the recipe for this dish with you. Let's start

🏵️ Winter Vegetable🏵️

️Step1️

I have taken a few types of vegetables to cook a winter vegetable curry. I have also taken dried fish.I washed the vegetables well and put them together.

️Step2️

Then I put a pan and added chopped onion and chopped green chili. Then I washed the dried fish with hot water and fried it well in oil.

️Step3️

Once the dried fish is fried, add garlic paste, cumin paste, salt to taste, turmeric and chili powder to it. Now grind the spices well and add the chopped and washed vegetables to it. Mix the vegetables with the spices and cover it.

️Step4️

Cover and simmer the vegetables for a while until they are cooked. Stir the vegetables well. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the broth.

️Step5️

I will dry the broth on low heat so that the curry is delicious to eat. When the broth of the curry dries up, I will remove it from the stove and serve it as a dry curry of winter vegetables. This curry can be enjoyed by everyone for lunch.
