Yes, of course, sweets are very important on special days. Various festivals are incomplete without sweets. Sweets are an important food in various occasions including the holy Eid of Muslims and the puja of Hindus. Sweets are an integral part of various festivals, which occupy a place as an important part of joy, tradition and social bonding. We cannot imagine any festival without sweets. Sweets are not just a food, it is a reminder of a good beginning. Any festival and good news is welcomed with sweets. For many centuries, sweets have been intertwined with tradition, culture and festivals.Everyone in my family, young and old, loves sweets. So I make any festive occasion more lively by arranging sweets.

I gathered all the ingredients for the Suji Halwa recipe at hand.

Semolina | 2 cups |
Ghee | 1/2 cup |
Sugar | 1 cup |
Cardamom | 2-3 |
Jarda color | 1 teaspoon |
Chopped almonds | as required |
Milk | 1 Cup |
Easy method to make Semolina Pudding:
Step 1:
- First, I put a pan on the stove, put ghee in the pan, and when the ghee gets hot and melts, I will lightly fry the almonds in the ghee and set aside. I will chop the roasted almonds for serving.

Step 2:
- Add a little more ghee to the remaining ghee in the pan, add cardamom to the ghee. When the cardamom gives off a nice flavor, add 2 cups of semolina to the ghee. Mix the ghee and semolina well and fry for some time.

Step 3:
- When the semolina gets fried, the color of the semolina will change slightly, then you will know that the semolina is fried. At this stage, I added sugar, used milk instead of water to make the halwa tasty. Then I stirred it and mixed it.

Step 4:
- I mixed the sugar, milk, and semolina very well. Then I added yellow dye to the semolina for color. I mixed it again with the semolina and then kept the stove on low heat and covered the pan with a lid for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:
- When the oil starts to ooze out from the semolina, you will know that the delicious semolina halwa is ready to serve. Now remove it from the stove.
Step 6:
- I served the semolina halwa on a serving dish. Then I sprinkled the previously roasted and chopped almonds over the halwa. Now the delicious and healthy semolina halwa is ready to eat.
