Currently, as the population rate is increasing in the world, especially in our Bangladesh, various types of business and trade demand are increasing. Food hotels are no exception. The number of food hotels is increasing day by day in the capital, divisional cities, district cities and even in local small rural markets. However, the hotel that I am going to discuss with you has been doing business in this market honestly for about 30 years. As a result, even though many new hotels have increased, it is struggling to compete with Hotel Sonia in terms of food quality.

This hotel was founded by "Morhum Chan Mia". He passed away two years ago. His son Monirul Islam is currently managing this hotel. Talking to him, I came to know that his father founded the hotel about 30 years ago. With the grace of Allah and the love of people, their honesty, this hotel is still number one in the list of top delicious food in Pipulbaria market. Three meals are provided here. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon street food and dinner. About 15 staff work here.

• In breakfast, there is a provision of rice with paratha, khichuri.
• In lunch, there is rice with beef black roast, beef pain pitch, small fish big fish with bharta bhaji daul etc. This hotel is famous for beef black roast for lunch.
• In the afternoon, there are arrangements for chola boots, onion, pari, moglai, etc.
• Like lunch, there are arrangements for various items of curry with rice for dinner.

There are more customers for lunch. Because in Pipulbaria Bazar, those who work in marketing of various companies, they prefer this hotel for lunch. In addition, the officials of various offices located in this market who do not bring food from home, also put Hotel Sonia at the top of their choice for lunch. In addition, there are not only the traders and shopkeepers in the market. Pedestrians also eat lunch here. Customers from the neighborhood like us who suddenly want to eat out one day, they also come here.
