BIWTA Eco Park, Shyampur

Today, I will review an eco park located in the capital, Dhaka, as part of the Steemit challenge 26. The name of the eco park is BIWTA Eco Park, Shyampur. The eco park is located on the banks of the Buriganga River, so many people call the park Buriganga Eco Park. I have shown the Google Map and Steem-atlas pin location of the park below.

History: In 2012, the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority built the Eco Park on the banks of the Buriganga River. In addition to children's entertainment, the Eco Park has about 24 rides. To enter the Eco Park, you have to purchase a ticket for 50/- Taka or 3 Steem at the main gate. Then, you have to buy a separate ticket to travel on each ride inside the park. Being on the banks of the Buriganga River, tourists can enjoy the riverbank while travelling in the park.

Eco Park is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. There is no fee for morning work and sports. There is an army base next to Eco Park, which has increased security. There is a food court inside Eco Park. In addition, small tables have been arranged under the trees on the riverbank and local food has been prepared.

The environment inside the Eco Park is very beautiful and clean. Trees have been planted on both sides of the road inside the park to enhance its beauty. There is a ticket counter in front of each ride. Besides, there is a gym called Eco Gym inside the Eco Park. There is maximum entertainment for children inside the park. I have mentioned the names of some of the rides in the park below.

The Eco Park has been built on an area of 2.3 acres. Every afternoon, many visitors come to visit the Eco Park. Due to the good security arrangements, the park is very crowded on holidays. The park is very important for the entertainment of the people of the capital, Dhaka. The location of the Eco Park next to the Dhaka to Narayanganj Link Road provides convenient transportation for tourists.

The traditions of our country have been highlighted inside the park. There are various arts and crafts at different ends of the park. Trees have been planted on the banks of the Buriganga River to enhance the beauty of the park.

After the main gate, there is a ticket counter next to each ride inside the Eco Park. The ticket price is written next to the ticket counter. You have to pay the ticket price per person and enter the ride with a token. There is a lot of crowd in front of the counters, especially on holidays.

Swing Chair: To travel on the swing chair ride, you have to buy a ticket by spending 50/- or 3 Steem. The ride is open to everyone, young and old. After one visitor sits on each chair, the person in charge presses the electric switch and starts rotating, which makes the visitors enjoy.

Rocking Boat: To travel on the Rocking Boat, you have to buy a ticket by spending 30/- Taka or 2 Steem. There is a ticket counter next to the Rocking Boat. Everyone, young and old, flocks to the ticket counter to travel on the Rocking Boat.

Merry Go Ride: To travel on Merry Go Ride, you have to buy a ticket with 50/- Taka or 3 Steem. Merry Go Ride is very, very fun for travellers. When the specified number is met, the person in charge allows visitors to ride for five minutes.

Jumping Pad: The ticket price for travelling on the Jumping Pad ride is 50 taka or 3 Steem. Each person is given five minutes to ride. A very comfortable ride. Enjoyable entertainment for children. There is a person in charge to help while travelling on the ride.

Finally, the park's location on the banks of the Sarvopari River has enhanced the tourist experience. Tourists can sit on the riverbank after their trip and enjoy the pleasure. Especially inside the park, it is clean, and the security is perfect. The park is popular with tourists because it is located in a quiet place near the capital, Dhaka.
