Today I will review a gym centre. The name of the gym centre is Park Lounge Gym. The gym centre is made with modern gym equipment. The gym centre is located inside Sheikh Russell Park in Narayanganj city. People of the town do physical exercise in this modern gym centre. A person needs to exercise every day. I give great importance to the gym to keep my body fit. While travelling to Sheikh Russell Park, I saw a gym called Park Lounge Gym. I entered the gym centre and learned about the gym equipment and gym fees. Since there is a gym centre inside Sheikh Russell Park, the joy of going to the gym increases. After entering the gym centre, an office assistant talked to me. He let me read a paper about the rules of admission to the gym centre.

The gym centre has an extended room for changing clothes and a washroom. There is an arrangement to take a break after the gym. The boys come to the gym in groups. A gym trainer is there to practice. After the gym, the food menu is explained by the gym centre.

Everyone needs to go to the gym regularly. I have increased the importance of going to the gym since I developed some physical problems. I have maintained my physical fitness by playing cricket in my childhood. There is a swimming pool inside the gym centre. Children are taught to swim.
