Jol Chhaya Cafe House is located on the pond of the fisheries project next to the highway from Dinajpur to Parbatipur, from the bus stand intersection in Parbatipur Upazila. It is very easy to reach from any place in Parbatipur Upazila because it is next to the highway and all types of transportation including buses can be used to reach the cafe easily. It can be easily identified because it is in an open area.

The cafe here is made of bamboo, so the entrance is also made of bamboo. The upper part of the gate is made of bamboo poles. Small lamps have been installed in the lower parts. The light of these lamps makes the gate look very beautiful at night. Also, large bulbs have been installed at the entrance. Two artificial bird nests have been made on both sides of the gate. An attempt has been made to portray the rural environment through these nests.

A room has been made of bamboo and can seat 4 people inside. But most people prefer to stand outside and drink coffee. There are also four tables here. In the middle of the tables, there is a water line. There are numerous tables and chairs on the banks of the pond and there are various arrangements for sitting in the open space. However, most people prefer to drink coffee in the open space by the pond.

To enhance the beauty of the cafe, numerous flowering trees have been planted, which many female visitors enter this cafe to enjoy the beauty of the flowers. Also, Norfolk Island pine trees have been planted to keep the cafe cool. Tables are placed in the shade of these trees. The unique aspect of planting trees is very much liked by people who love trees. However, plucking the leaves and flowers of the trees is prohibited here.

The pond used for water riding has numerous papaya trees planted along the banks of this pond. There are also mango trees. These papaya trees are mainly planted inside the cafe, which not only enhances the beauty of the cafe, but also juice is made in the cafe with these papayas. They have mainly planted these trees to enhance the beauty of the cafe, improve agriculture and improve the economy. Numerous lights have been installed on the sky all around, which give beautiful light. The beauty can be seen more at night.

If any group wants in the cafe, they can organize a DJ party. This DJ party can be organized for free. However, many people do not like this DJ party. So most of the time these two party boxes are closed. There was a separate area for DJ party but I did not go there. There are 2 boxes here for DJ party and there is a microphone.

The main attraction here for children is riding on the water. There are two launches here for riding on the water. Many people can go into the water with these launches and drink coffee. It costs only 30 taka or 2 steem for children to ride here. Riding and drinking coffee in an open environment seemed much more fun to me and I would like to give this cafe a nine out of ten.
