Betterlife ||The Diary Game|| Friday 19 September 2025. ‌‌Class time for the paramedical course.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Assalamu Alaikum. Hello everyone, I am Mamun Mia from Bangladesh—my username is @mamun442390. Dear Steemit lovers, how are you? I believe you are well. I am well. I hope you will keep your prayers and love for me. Why should I share a diary with you? I hope you will like my diary game.

I woke up and saw my roommate's brother cooking. I washed my hands and came and helped him cook. I have been admitted to a paramedical course in an institution. We have classes there every Friday and Saturday. After helping him with cooking, I left for the class without having breakfast.

Upon reaching there, I had a light breakfast with a cup of tea and bread. Since I have a job, I'm unable to attend Saturday classes. So today I will have two classes at once. The first class will be Pharmacology, and the second class will be Medical Guide.

Class 1: Pharmacology

In Pharmacology class, two topics are discussed.

1. Anti-Fungal Drugs.
2. Anti-Helminthic Drugs.

Anti-Fungal Drugs: The drugs that can directly destroy fungi are called Anti-Fungal Drugs. Discusses in detail Anti-Fungal Drugs and discusses which medicine is used for which disease.

Anti-Helminthic Drugs: The drugs that can directly destroy worms are called Anti-Helminthic Drugs.
Discusses deworming medicine and discusses the important issues of how we can stay healthy from those diseases if we follow the rules.

Class 2: Medical Guide

The Medical Guide discusses two topics of Bone and joint Diseases in this class. 1. Gout 2. Rheumatic Arthritis

Gout: When the big toe hurts and all the fingers, ankles, and knees hurt, it is called Gout.

Causes of gout in the human body: There are various components in the blood of the human body, one of which is Uric Acid. For what reasons does Uric Acid cause gout? Discusses important issues and their treatment.

What is Rheumatic Arthritis? What are its symptoms?

If the bones and joints of the body hurt and swell, it is called Rheumatic Arthritis.

Symptoms:

1. Pain in the muscles and joints of the body.
2. Sometimes the joints swell.
3. Loss of appetite and distaste for food.
4. The painful area will look red.

From today's classes, I learned many important things about the disease, its symptoms, and treatment. I didn't go anywhere much today. I spent the day sitting at home reading books and sleeping.
