Hello Stimian friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love.How is everyone's fasting going? Alhamdulillah, my fasting is going very well. This year's fasting is very comfortable, the weather is very beautiful.Welcome to my new recipe post. Since it is Ramadan, we are fasting all day long.Our bodies deficit a lot of water, which we can fill through healthy drinks.Today I made bell sorbet for an iftar item. Wood apple juice is very beneficial for health. It keeps the body cool and fulfills the need for water.I will share with you the healthy and delicious Wood apple Sharbat recipe step by step.I have made this sharbat using some healthy ingredients available at home. I hope everyone will like it. So let's get started......
Ingredients

01 | Wood apple | 300 gm |
02 | Sugar | 4 tablespoons |
03 | Isobgul husk | One mini packet |
04 | Lemon | 1 piece |
05 | sugar Candy | 100 gm |
06 | Salt | A pinch |
07 | Water | As needed |

🍹 Step - 1 🍹


- First I took a jug of water and put a mini packet of Isobgul husk in it. After mixing it for some time, I mixed 100 grams sugar Candy of in it and left it for two hours.This will help the isabgul husk mix well with the water.

🍹 Step - 2 🍹


- In the second step, I took a blender machine and put 300 grams of wood apples in it. I took out the seeds from the wood apples.Because the seeds of wood apples are very bitter, which ruins the taste of the sherbet.

🍹 Step - 3 🍹


- In the third step, I added a pinch of salt, a squeeze of three slices of lemon, and four tablespoons of sugar to the wood apple.

🍹 Step - 4 🍹


- I poured the previously soaked Isobgul husk mixture into the wood apple.I mixed all the ingredients well in a blender.

🍹 Step - 5 🍹


- I mixed all the ingredients well with a blender for a while and then strained them using a strainer.

Finally, I took a glass of Wood Apple sorbet and served it beautifully with a slice of lemon.

I was taking a selfie with my sorbet recipe.Bell juice is very beneficial for the body as it cools the body and fulfills the need for water.The Isobgul husk used in the syrup keeps the body cool.
