Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new recipe post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I have prepared a delicious recipe and that is delicious egg and vegetable paratha.You can make this egg and vegetable paratha for breakfast or as a tiffin for your kids. It is a very delicious and healthy dish.Today I have shared with you the step-by-step recipe for making egg and vegetable parathas. so let's start........

03 | Chopped tomatoes and Yard-Long Beans | 1 cup |
04 | Chopped onion and green chili | 1 cup |
05 | salt | 2 tablespoons (to taste) |
06 | Soybean oil | 1 cup |

- First, I took a clean container and put two cups of flour in it.I added half a tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of soybean oil to the flour.Then I made the paratha dough with half a cup of lukewarm water.I made the dough and left it covered for five minutes.

- In another bowl, I broke an egg and added a cup of chopped tomatoes, Yard-Long Beans , chopped onion, chopped green chilies, and half a teaspoon of salt.I mixed all the ingredients well with the egg.

- I have made the pre-made flour dough into a round ball shape.Then I took a ball of dough and rolled it into a round loaf shape.I shaped the dough into a loaf and added two spoons of the previously prepared vegetable and egg mixture on top.

- I covered the egg mixture with another slice of bread.Then I carefully wrapped the two rotis around each other to prevent the egg mixture from leaking out.

- Then I placed a roti pan in the oven and carefully pressed the pre-made paratha onto it.I drained both sides of the paratha well and fried it with a tablespoon of soybean oil.

- I fried the paratha well in oil, then removed it from the stove and placed it in a bowl.Finally, my egg and vegetable paratha for today is ready.And to serve it beautifully, I cut it into pieces and decorated it beautifully on a plate.
