Hello Steemian friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love.Welcome everyone to my new recipe post.Friends, since it's mango season now, we are making various pickles to use it all year round.Today I am sharing with you a delicious sweet- sour-solder mixed pickle of mango, plum, and tamarind.This pickle is very delicious to eat and can be preserved and eaten all year round.Today I made this delicious sweet-sour-solder pickle using a few simple ingredients I had at home.So friends, today I have prepared this delicious homemade sweet-sour-solder mango, plum and tamarind pickle which I am presenting to you step by step.I hope friends, if you follow each step I have given, you too will be able to make this delicious, sour-sweet-solder mango, plum, and tamarind mixed pickle.So friends, let's get started....

  • Pickle making process

  • Step 01:

    • First, I took one kilogram of raw mangoes and washed them thoroughly with clean water.Then I peeled the mangoes and cut them into thin, long pieces.I boiled the mangoes in a pan with enough water for three minutes.Once the mangoes were lightly cooked, I strained the excess water from the mangoes using a strainer.

    • I took 500 grams of dried plums and washed them thoroughly with clean water.I boiled it well in a pan with enough water for three minutes.Once the plums were lightly boiled, I strained the excess water from the plums using a strainer.

    • I put a pan on the stove and when the pan was slightly hot, I added three tablespoons of panchphoran and fried it was light.Once the panchforan was fried, I ground it into powder.

    • First, I put a pan on the stove and added four tablespoons of mustard oil to it. When the oil was slightly hot, I added 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and dried chili chopped .When all the ingredients turned light brown, I added the previously boiled mangoes and stirred well.

    • After mixing all the ingredients well, I added 500 grams of sugar and mixed well.Once the mango and sugar were mixed, I added the previously boiled plums and tamarind. I mixed the mango and plums and tamarind well and I added salt to taste.

    • I mixed all the ingredients well for a long time and when a light liquid came out of the mango, I mixed that water well with all the ingredients and cooked it.Once all the ingredients were well cooked, I added 3 tablespoons of panchphoron powder .This will make the pickle very tasty.

    • I mixed it well with Panchphoran pickles and cooked it for some time.When the pickles were well mixed with the panchforan, I removed them from the stove.Then I brushed a tablespoon of mustard oil in a bowl.I poured the previously prepared mango, plum, and tamarind pickle into a container.I let them dry in the hot sun so that the pickles can be preserved for a long time.

    • I have dried the pickles thoroughly in the sun, so that the excess water in the pickles will dry out in the sun's heat and it can be stored for a long time.Then I store it in a glass container to eat throughout the year.
