Rajshahi Central Botanical Garden and Zoo, Rajshahi
Today I came to participate in this Steemit Challenge Season 26 Week 02 - A Favourite Natural Tourist Attraction (Park, Mountain Walk, Scenic Spot) contest organized by @mohammadfaisal.
Welcome back to the world of Atlas. Today I will review a beautiful park in Rajshahi division. Its name (Rajshahi Central Botanical Garden). It is located near the Padma River in Rajshahi city. It was first established in 1972 and later renovated in 2023-2025. This place started as a British-era racecourse, then a zoo and is now known as a developing botanical garden. At the beginning, you will see a huge gate in front of it. This is the first gate of this park where the name of this place is written.
We have visited different places in Rajshahi city but we all wanted to see this park so 7 of us went to that park. It is an amusement park and a beautiful place to visit for people of all ages. You must buy a ticket while entering the gate. That is why we bought tickets for 7 people. You have to buy a separate ticket for each person. This entire park and zoo is managed by Rajshahi City Corporation. The pictures and prices of the tickets are mentioned below.

After entering this park, you can enjoy the natural beauty and see different and diverse views. Green gardens and various strange trees all around will soothe your mind. After entering through the gate, there is a beautiful high road that you have to walk up and walk up. After going up, there is a beautiful place where you can sit and rest, if you have any food with you, you can sit and eat there. Its floor and seating area have been built with beautiful marble stones.
We sat there for some time. When you climb up, you can see the huge ups and downs of it. Basically it is known as water storm. It can only be turned on in the afternoon. Walking stairs on both sides and water in the middle run very fast. Children are very happy to see it from a distance. But it is very clean and it is safe.

Let's walk forward. There are several categories of entertainment in this park. If you go a little further, there is a huge merry go round. Here, all the people can get together and go as high as the sky. It is a round merry go round. It goes around only five times. There is a ticket counter for this where you have to go and buy tickets. This is one of the best entertainment for children and adults.

Since we went in the morning, there were fewer people there, so it was a bit of a breeze. We were able to sit there and do the rounds from top to bottom very easily. Basically, four rounds are given to all the people, where the entire city of Rajshahi including the river can be seen from bottom to top. However, instead of four rounds, they gave us 5 rounds on our request. So, it was the first time we climbed up there in our lives. Initially, we were a little scared while going down from top to bottom. But later, we all became normal. I captured every scene.

Where we had a very happy moment, especially when small children climb up to this place, it is the best means of entertainment for them. You have to climb up on it and hold on tightly to an iron rod, otherwise you may fall due to carelessness. However, we went down from there and went to a pond. There are many ponds next to the green trees where numerous fish live. There is a nice walking path along the upper edge, you can walk along it while telling stories. There is a huge iron suspension bridge there.

The path to walk inside the park is made of completely transparent and multi-colored tiles. Your eyes will be refreshed by the colors, but some may be confused by the colors. When I was walking, it looked good, there was grass on both sides and there were two-colored tiles in the middle, which looked great, especially on the opposite side of the yellow color, there was black color. If you go a little further to the right, you can see a huge bird cage where many birds live. There is a small pond below where there are fish, but it is not clear from a distance. However, the sound of birds chirping can be clearly heard.
There are many more categories to see in this park, although it is not possible to show all the sectors in one post, so in this post I have tried to show as many entertainment facilities as possible, I will show more entertainment facilities later. If you move forward from there, you will see a huge white stone horse. This may be the horse of your dreams, which everyone knows as the Pankhiraj horse. You may have seen this white Pankhiraj horse in your dreams. Its real image has been created here. The two wings of the white horse have been created so that it looks like a Pankhiraj horse. So next to it is a huge cartoon pillar. You may have seen the Tom and Jerry cartoon. That mouse Jerry has been created as a statue here.
So there are many more statues that you can see, especially children will be very happy there. You can go around the entire park. But you will have to spend a lot of time there, at least three to four hours, then you will be able to see the animals from the entire park and the zoo. I will introduce you to some of the animals seen in the zoo in the next episode. So from there we walked straight to the main gate through which we entered. There are two gates to this park. Gate number two is at the back.

This botanic garden looks great as usual! I live in a country that started a series of such gardens with a theme and I have visited most of them. You reminded me of some of them.

No, not old memories but these parks are available all around us where we often visit. Australia has over 600 national parks. These parks cover over 28 million hectares, which is approximately 4% of the country's total land area, And you know how big is this country!
