The Diary Game | 14th June 2025 | Courthouse, flyover, tea shop and mosque by the pond.
I needed to go to the Tangail Judge Court to meet my elder brother. For this, I woke up early in the morning, brushed my teeth, freshened up, and prayed. Then I went towards the city. From the city, I went directly to the court building in Tangail District, which is a multi-storey building. Looking at the court building from a distance, it seems that many cases, verdicts of defendants, marriages, divorces, and various legal proceedings are held inside this building. The back of the court building looked nice, so I took a picture.
My elder brother is a lawyer so he goes to this court every day to hear his cases. There are about a thousand lawyers here who practice and solve different cases every day. The court building is located a little away from the Tangail District Gate. Then I thought I would take some pictures inside it to review in the atlas. Then I introduced my elder brother to a friend of mine because he had some work to organize a case.
After a while, my elder brother went to that court building to do his duty. I came to the Tangail Bypass where there is an overbridge for people to cross. On the other side of the bridge, I noticed that the sky was covered with thick black clouds and it looked like it was going to rain. The name of this area is Tangail Ashik Pur Bypass.
This is a very busy bypass. It is the only highway from Dhaka to Tangail and North Bengal. For the past few days, there has been a lot of traffic jam on this road because people are going from their homes to Dhaka city to their workplaces. Since I don't have much work, I came from there to the city. It was noon then, so I wanted to have some tea after praying, so I went to a tea stall.
When I went there, I couldn't see the shopkeeper, maybe he had gone out for some work. I saw that the tea kettle was lying in the tea stall but there was no fire in the stove. Maybe he didn't start his work after returning from home for Eid vacation. However, as an alternative, I had a different kind of tea and ate biscuits with it. However, I didn't forget to take a picture of this tea stall, which looked quiet.
Then I came home, freshened up, prayed, had lunch and rested for a while. Then in the afternoon I went to meet a friend of mine. To meet my friend, I went to a market next to which there is a pond. There are many trees on the pond, and on the other side there is a madrasa where young students study.
In the afternoon, as the sunlight fell on the pond, the water of the pond was sparkling. The water of the pond was very clear, and fish were jumping up and down from the water every now and then, which looked very attractive. Seeing such ponds amidst the green nature has now become a thing of the past.
After a while, a friend of mine came and I chatted with him for a while. There was a tea shop nearby, we ordered tea from there and were having tea and discussing various things. In this way, the afternoon passed and evening passed. In the evening, all the friends went to a nearby mosque and offered prayers.
Of course, we were standing next to the mosque. Because there was this pond in front of the mosque. The mosque is two-storeyed, where the decoration of the lower floor has been completed, but the work on the upper floor is currently underway. The work on the mosque will be completely completed in a few months.
I prayed Maghrib and said goodbye to my friends and returned home. Then I freshened up and lay down for a while, then I wrote an Atlas post. Some time passed like this, then I ate a little food at night and walked outside for some time. Walking after dinner is the best thing to do, but after lunch, you should lie down and rest for a while. Then I was getting sleepy, so I prepared my bed and went to bed, and the day ended like today.
